2 Recent Cakes

I am so excited to be baking again! I've been playing with fondant a bit more recently and I think my skill level is improving a little bit. I'm hoping to take the Wilton fondant and gum paste course soon! Last weekend I baked a Nightmare Before Christmas cake for my friend Cait, and also made some Jack Skellington cupcakes with the extra batter :)



And this is the Minnie Mouse cake I just made today for a little girl's 3rd birthday. I hope she enjoyed it!
